Cultural Night

Welcome to Ibadan!

Celebrating the culture of a nation and people is important to this historic conference set in the ancient city of Ibadan, where cultural heritage is highly valued. It is going to be a time to interact and network with delegates from different cultural backgrounds.

On Monday evening, 19th November 2018, there will be a cultural event with music from different cultures all over the world, especially Africa. Gracing the occasion are the Theatre Arts students from the University of Ibadan, with a live performance portraying the rich culture of the Yoruba people.

Delegates are required to come in their traditional attire to grace the cultural event. Also, to make the cultural event all encompassing, delegates should come with food common in their culture. For example, “kulikuli” is common among the Yoruba people. To the choice of delegates, Suya stands, as well as barbecue stands will be available at the conference venue.
