Accommodation
We have put together a broad list of hotels and guest houses where delegates and other participants can lodge for the duration of the conference. The hotels have been classified broadly into 3 groups which delegates can pick from depending on the desired level of comfort. Generally the traffic along the routes of the hotels, University College Hospital (UCH) and the International Conference Centre (ICC) is moderate, but heavy in rush hours (8am, 4-5pm) and congested in the evenings (5-6pm).
Please note that the fees displayed below are for the entire duration of the conference.
Please also note that payment for accommodation is not mandatory; delegates and participants can sort their accommodation themselves by staying with friends and family.

Serenity – it is quiet with good security and a paranomic view of Ibadan.

Serenity: it is located in a quiet residential area with good security.
Estimated distance to the ICC – 10km; it is opposite UCH east gate, about 15 minutes walk to the College area; 5 minutes drive to Theophilus Hall.
Capacity – 46
Features: Each room is furnished with a fan, AC, fridge, TV and hydro massage tub. Additionally, the suites have a sitting room while the apartments have a kitchen and visitors’ toilet also. Wifi is available. Other features include a gym, massage lounge, sliding doors and swipe card technology.
A complimentary breakfast is served.
Serenity: The compound is fenced off and quite quiet.
Drawback: Not within the estate and close to the road.

Useful Information
- All hotel accommodation are within 10 kilometer radius of the conference venue
- Each room shall accommodate 2 delegates
- All delegates will be served breakfast and dinner every day throughout the conference irrespective of the accommodation package. Note: lunch will be served at the conference venue every day.
- After registration, payment links for accommodation will be sent to delegates who have indicated that they require accommodation on their registration form. A confirmation of payment and details of your accommodation arrangement will be sent to delegates before their arrival.
